Depicting the symbolic Celtic symbol of Unified Power. The strong quatrefoil shape has been combined with Cristina Beth’s ongoing interest in discarded mattress fabrics. These fabric threads hold the essences of our life emotions and everyday rituals.

 

The interlocking circles in the quatrefoil bring together different ideologies and thoughts and the dualities between masculine and feminine, into a new combined and more powerful presence.

 

Produced through the process of reclaiming, photographing, hand made collages, photo-shop, digital Gilcee printing onto archival cotton rag 308gsm paper using Ultra Chrome archival inks then hand gilded with gold leaf by the artist.
